Changes in v3
With the new release (edition?) of ITIL, as of 31 July, 2011, and the fully re-written ITIL Service Strategy volume, do look carefully at the new syllabi. As stated by the change teams, there will be no "fundamental changes" to the v3 educational schema. Be sure to review the information carefully -- there are extensive language and concept changes. The differentiation between the Lifecycle and Capability courses has narrowed considerably -- common material is well over 80%.
